TNNMC Duplicate Renewal Certificate and Licensure Card

Those who have lost the renewal of Registration & Licensure card may apply to the council with First Information Report (FIR).

Steps

1. Click ‘Renew Here’ link to duplicate your renewal online Renew Here . After selecting the correct category, enter your TNNC number and your Date of Birth as per your registration then your name will be displayed. Check if the displayed name is correct.If Not you would have selected wrong category, select the correct category and re- try or contact 91-44-4678 6539.

2 . Select any one of your mode of duplication
** Both certificate and licensure card Rs. 350 + Bank charges Rs. 15.
** Only certificate Rs. 200 + Bank charges Rs. 15.
** Only licensure card Rs. 150 + Bank charges Rs. 15.

3. Enter the reason for your duplicate request.

4. Upload the FIR copy for your duplication. File size only in 3MB. (first register a complaint to the nearest police station and get FIR).

5. Once you finished renewal of duplicate registration in the online note your acknowledgement receipt number and give it to council for further process.

6. Council will give you the Bank Challan and You should pay the amount in the nearest “Indian Bank” of Rs. 350 + Bank Charge Rs. 15 immediately.

7. After finishing the due process in the council, you can get duplicate certificate of renewal and duplicate licensure card in your given address by post.
