Steps
Visit the Portal:
Go to the official Tamil Nadu e-Services portal.

Apply Here

Select Option:
Choose the “Patta Transfer” option from the main menu.

Log In:
Register using your Aadhaar or mobile number and log in to your account.

Enter Details:
Carefully fill out the property details, survey number, and the new owner’s details.

Upload Documents:
Attach digital copies of the following:
• Copy of the Sale Deed
• Encumbrance Certificate (EC)
• Possession proof (e.g., latest EB bill or property tax receipt)
• Identity proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card)

Submit Application:
Pay the applicable processing fee and submit your application to receive an acknowledgment number for tracking.
