The Backward Classes Welfare Department, a Department under the Govt. of West Bengal is working towards sustainable development of the persons belonging to the Schedules Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes of West Bengal.
The main aim of the Department is to improve the quality of life of these socially and economically backward classes and enhancement of capability of the people belonging to these communittees, so that they can be very much part & parcel of the mainstream of the Society.
How To Download SC/ST/OBC Certificate Online in West Bengal?
To download SC/ST/OBC certificate online in West Bengal, follow these steps: 1. Go to the ‘Backward Classes Welfare Department, West Bengal’ website 2. Click on the ‘Applicant’ tab. 3. Click on the ‘Download Certificate‘ link. 4. Enter your ‘Application No./Certificate No.’ and ‘Name’. 5. Click on the ‘Download Certificate’ button. 6. Your certificate will be downloaded in PDF format. You can save it to your computer or print it out.
