The students will be able to: • name the trees, • recite the poem “Wonderful tree”, • use the structure “do you have…?”.
Teaching Learning Materials: • Pictures, • Charts, • Flash cards, • QR Code videos and materials to play the videos, • Black board, chalks in different colours, • Text book.
Teacher Contact Time: Motivation: • The students will be motivated by “Let us recall” activity given on Text Book Page No. 65. • The students may also be motivated by practising the vocabularies given in the “Look and Say” activity given in the Text Book Page Nos. 66 & 67.
Content Transaction: • The teacher will sing the poem “Wonderful tree” with actions. The students will be asked to do the actions first and then follow the poem. • The teacher will explain the theme of the poem. • The teacher will explain about to use the structure “do you have?” given on Text Book Page No. 75 with many example.
Students Activity Time: Peer Group Activities: • The teacher will ask the students to recite the poem “Wonderful tree” in groups. • The teacher encourage the students to work in pairs and present in groups.
Individual Activities: • The teacher will help the students to do the activity “Let us practise” given on Text Book Page No. 75. • The teacher will help the students to present their activities. • Students are asked to write the learnt matters in their low level board.
Reinforcement: • The content with the above learning outcomes may be taught once again to the late bloomers. • Also QR Code videos for the above content may scanned and played for reinforcing the learning outcomes.
