Under the Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana, Bihar Government would provide a financial assistance of Rs. 1000 to each unemployed youth (20 to 25 Years) for two years to find a job.
Under this scheme, youth between 15 and 25 years of age who have passed matriculation will be given training in Hindi and English language and communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

1. What is the District Registration and Counseling Center? All the applicants applying online under the scheme are required to get their original documents checked at the District Registration and Counseling Center to avail the benefits of the scheme. After verification of the documents and approval of the officer/officials, the applicants will be able to avail the benefits of the scheme.

3. Process of applying to avail the benefits of the scheme? First of all, it is mandatory for the applicant to fill an online application form to avail the benefits of the scheme. Online application can be done by logging on to the website of “Arthik Hal, Yuvaon Ko Bal” http://www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in. First of all, the applicant will register by going to New Application Registration on the home page of the website. After registration, the applicant will get a One Time Password (OTP) through SMS and Email, with the help of which he will be able to proceed with the application process. After checking the OTP, the applicant will be able to complete the application process with the help of his user ID and password and will be able to select a scheme as per his requirement. Before applying online, it is necessary that the applicant keeps his E-mail ID and Mobile No. ready.

Eligibility and Conditions: Mukhyamantri Nischay Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana Eligibility and conditions for availing the benefits of the scheme: • Unemployed youth of Bihar state in the age group of 20-25 years, who are not studying and are looking for employment and whose educational qualification is Intermediate (12th) from a government recognized institute located in the state but have not received higher education, will be eligible for the benefits of this scheme. • The applicant should be a permanent resident of Bihar state and should not be self-employed. • The applicant should not receive any kind of allowance/scholarship/student credit card/education loan or any kind of government assistance from any other government source and should not be getting any kind of government or non-government employment (contract/permanent/temporary). • The applicant will also be given mandatory training in language communication and basic computer knowledge (Kushal Yuva Program) run by the Labor Resources Department.
Kushal Yuva Karyakram: Under this scheme, youth between 15 and 25 years of age who have passed matriculation will be given training in Hindi and English language and communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Eligibility and conditions for availing the benefits of the scheme: • The age of the applicant should be between 15 and 25 years on the date of application. • The applicant should have passed only matriculation i.e. 10th from a government recognized educational institution situated in Bihar and should not have received or is not pursuing any higher education, or should have passed maximum intermediate i.e. 12th and should not have received or is not pursuing any higher education. • The applicant should be a permanent resident of Bihar and should not be employed or self-employed. • The applicant should not be receiving any kind of allowance/scholarship/skill development facility/credit card/any kind of government assistance from any government source.
Bihar Student Credit Card Eligibility and conditions for availing the scheme: • The applicant should be enrolled or selected for enrollment for higher education in an educational institution recognized by the concerned regulatory agency of Bihar State, other state or Central Government. • The applicant should be a resident of Bihar and should have passed 12th or equivalent examination from any government recognized institution situated in the state. • The applicant should not be receiving any kind of allowance/scholarship/student credit card/education loan or any kind of assistance from any other source. • The age of the applicant should not be more than 25 years on the date of application. • This loan will be given for general courses of higher education and various professional/technical courses BA/B.Sc./Engineering/MBBS/Management/Law etc.
5. Can an applicant avail the benefit of more than one scheme? A No, the applicant can avail the benefit of only one scheme. But it is mandatory for SHA beneficiaries to undergo KYP training.
