Eligibility:
a) Site has been allotted by BDA
b)Lease Cum Sale Deed or Sale Deed Agreement is registered.

Supporting Document:
a) Scanned copy of Lease cum sale deed oe sale deed
b) Scanned copy of photo Identification proof & address proof

Procedure for applying:
a) Application submission by allottee (Online, B1/K1 centres, CSC centres, AJSK centres, Bapuji Seva Kendras)
b) The application is routed to the concerned Deputy Secretary
c) Deputy Secretary forwards the application to the concerned case worker for verification
d) Case worker verifies submitted documents and application form. Updates the boundaries, office related details. Provides recommendations and forwards application to superintendent
e) Superintendent verifies application form, submitted documents and Possession Certificate content filled by case worker. Provides recommendations. Recommendations of the Superintendent are sent to the Deputy Secretary for review
f) Review by the Deputy Secretary. Approve or Reject the application.
g) Sign and Issue the Possession Certificate/Endorsement Letter

a. Flat has been allotted by BDA
b. Lease Cum Sale Deed or Sale Deed Agreement is registered.

a. Scanned copy of Lease cum sale deed oe sale deed

Procedure for applying:
a. Application submission by allottee (Online, B1/K1 centres, CSC centres, AJSK centres, Bapuji Seva Kendras)
b. The application is routed to the Assistant Commissioner (R&R)
c. Assistant Commissioner (R&R) forwards the application to the concerned case worker for verification
d. Case worker verifies submitted documents and application form. Updates the boundaries, office related details. Provides recommendations and forwards application to superintendent
e. Superintendent verifies application form, submitted documents and Possession Certificate content filled by case worker. Provides recommendations. Recommendations of the Superintendent are sent to the Assistant Commissioner (R&R) for review
f. Review by the Assistant Commissioner (R&R). Approve or Reject the application.
g. Sign and Issue the Possession Certificate/Endorsement Letter
