What is Pre-order?
Pre-order indicates that certain products can be booked ahead of being shipped by the vendor: this is the case with several of our international and domestic brands. With this nifty feature, we manage to offer you a wider array of products at prices that are far more competitive. The delivery time for pre-order can be found on the product page and may be anywhere from 2 to 10 weeks depending upon vendor location.
How do I place a return request?
To return a product, please visit https://www.hopscotch.in/my/account/orders. You can return products purchased from us within 15 days of receiving the product, except for our non-returnable items.
1.Tap the ‘Return Button’ under the ‘Account->orders’ section of the App/Website/Mobile site. Keep the item ready for pick-up or ship it to us basis the return mode. The return button takes 24 hours to get activated after the order is delivered.
2. We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.
3. If pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us.
If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet. The product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags must be intact. Once your product has been approved by our quality staff, we will credit your refund to the source you selected at the time of return initiation.
How do I track my order status?
To check the status of your order, visit the ‘Orders’ page of your Hopscotch account. Tap the order you’d like to track. Tap ‘Track’ for the product to know its whereabouts. Once your order is shipped, you can also track the package on our courier partner’s website by using the link mentioned in the tracking details page.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, visit the ‘Orders’ page of your Hopscotch account. View the ‘Order Details’ of the order you want to cancel and tap ‘Cancel’.
