This facility enables citizen a hassle free process to book electric crematorium within BBMP limits.

How To Book BBMP Electric Crematorium Online?
Booking can be done through BBMP website or through the Call Center
BBMP Website
Citizen can book and reserve time slots for the cremation facility by logging and giving necessary details.
Call Center Booking
Citizen can also call the callcenter and give required details and booking will be done on behalf of citizen with details sent to their mobile as an SMS.
Steps For BBMP Electric Crematorium Booking
Step 1: Check for Availability
• Select Zone of Cremation Place and Date.
• View crematorium place in google map.

Step 2:
• Choose available time slot in respective burner machine.
• Red color indicates already booked time slot, green color shows available time slot and orange color shows selected time slot.
• They are 2 Burner machine (Burner machine -A and Burner machine -B), each Burner machine contains 8 time slots with one-hour duration.
Step 3 :Enter Deceased Details.
• Enter all the mandatory fields including with booking person name and mobile number.
Step 4: Confirm Deceased Details.
• Verify all the details.
• Click on “Send OTP” button to receive the OTP to mobile number
• Enter the OTP number, and confirm.
Step 5: Booking Status Details
• Details of booking number will be sent to your mobile number and citizen can also download the acknowledgment,
• 2 print outs can be taken, one copy for Cremation place and another copy for reference.
• Kindly submit the doctor certificate at the time of cremation along with fee 250/- for cremation charges
Note:
1. There are 2 Burner machine (Burner machine-A and Burner machine-B) and each Burner machine contain 8 Time Slot’s and Totally 16 and Each Time Slot’s contain One Hours.
2. The Working hours of the crematorium is 7AM to 6PM on all the days.
3. Minimum Time required for cremation of each body is One Hours.
Steps To Reprint Cremation Booking Acknowledgement
1. Visit BBMP Cremation Reprint Page.
2. Enter Cremation Booking Number.
3. Download Acknowledgement.
