Steps: • Visit Telangana State Police website at https://www.tspolice.gov.in • Click on “Police Verification and Clearance” tab • Click on “Police Verification Certificate (Private Employees)” section • Click on “Police Verification Certificate (PVC) – Individuals” • Go through “Documents Submission” section on left pane and then Click on “Apply for Verification Certificate (PVC)” • Fill the “Candidate Application Form” and upload required documents as guided in “Document Submission” section on the left panel in the previous window and click on “Submit” button • Once a candidate is added, you can opt for “Edit” or “Confirm” or “Cancel” request • You will be directed to the Payment option: Enter amount “1000” and click on “Pay Challan” • You will be directed to Telangana State Treasury e-Payment system: Select “your Bank” and click on “Pay Now Securely”: Once the payment is done successfully you will get an acknowledgement from Bank: Take a screen shot or picture of this acknowledgment for future use • Click OK to complete processing of your payment • Once payment is successful, your application is submitted for Police • Verification. You will get a confirmation mail on your registered email id • You can view the status of your application on your dashboard regarding • Verification progress and Certificate Dispatch details: • Enter your “Application Number” or “(email id and Date of Birth)” and Click on Search • Check the “Status” here • For any clarifications, contact the concerned SB Office on the telephone numbers provided in “Help Line Numbers” on the left pane of your dashboard. • Contact your concerned District SB
Documents Required For Telangana Police Verification Certificate [PVC]
1. Identity Proof: (Scanned Copies): Any one of the following: • Aadhar Card (UID) • Voter ID / Electoral ID Card • PAN Card
2. Residence Proof: (Scanned Copies): Any one of the following: • Aadhar Card (UID) • Voter ID / Electoral ID Card • Ration Card • Bank Account Pass Book • Residential Certificate from MRO
3. Affidavit of the Residential Address on Rs. 20/- Non Judicial Stamp Paper: (Scanned Copy) 4. Education / Study certificate (If Student): (Scanned Copy) 5. Previous Employment Certificate: (Scanned Copy), If applicable
Please Note: • Originals of all the above documents to be produced during verification by verifying officer • Handover (04) passport size photos to field verification officer • Photos should be taken in Light background wearing light colored clothes (Black or dark colour clothes not accepted)
