Meesho Order Status Tracking
Please follow the following steps:
• Visit Meesho Website
• Login and Go to ‘Orders’ section
• Tap on the relevant Order
• Click on ‘Track’
• Click on ‘Open Courier Link’
You can also share the Tracking number or link with your customer through WhatsApp share button.
In case delivery executive has collected extra amount than the order value OR the order is marked delivered but your customer did not receive it, please give us a call within 48 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained. You will find our contact number in the ‘Account’ or ‘Help’ section of the app.
Meesho Return & Exchange
Meesho offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If your customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product using our app itself. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:
Product has to be in original & unused state:
Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery. We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order
On cancellation or return, Meesho returns you the order value for prepaid orders. In case of online payment, the refund will be credited in your source account whereas, for COD, it will be credited in your bank account registered with Meesho.
In case you handover an extra/wrong product, the refund will NOT be initiated. Please ensure that you enter the correct quantity at the time of initiating the return request on the app.
