TNDGE Certified Copies of Marks [CCM] Certificate Tamil Nadu
To apply for a Certified Copy of Marks [CCM] in Tamil Nadu, fill out the prescribed application form for SSLC/HSC, get it endorsed by your school headmaster, and pay a fee of Rs. 305 (first time) or Rs. 405 (second time) via Treasury/SBI Challan. Submit the application to the Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) in Chennai.
Issuing Certified copies of marks to those who have lost their original certificates of 10th Standard (SSLC, OSLC, Anglo-Indian and Matric) and Higher secondary, Diploma in Elementary Education Examinations beyond recovery.
Certified copy of marks are issued to help the students for Higher Studies and employment for immediate and interim use, if the students spoil or loss their original Certificates.
Online:
• Go to the DGE Online Public Services website.
• Select Duplicate Certificate, then choose your class (SSLC/HSE-XII) and enter your Roll No, Year of Appearance, and Session.
• Pay the prescribed fee online.
• Once verified, the printed certificate is typically dispatched to the provided address.
Offline:
The application for the issuance of CCM is available free of cost at the Directorate and at all the Regional offices of the Department. This can also be downloaded from the Website of the department.
In Higher Secondary / SSLC Exam application has to be submitted duly filling in all the particulars called for there in duly obtaining the counter signature of HM of the School where the candidate had studied last or from the Headmaster of the nearby school in the case of Private Candidates, also duly remitting the fee for the CCM.
In Diploma in Elementary Education Exam the prescribed format of application duly filled with relevant particulars as prescribed as required by the Department should be submitted along with Xerox copy of Mark sheet and fees in the concerned DIET.

Application Fee of Certified Copies of Marks [CCM] Certificate
1. First time CCM – Rs.305/-
2. Second time CCM – Rs.405/-
For each certificate the above amount should be remitted by means of challan in the Treasury Branch
Note:
** Candidates can get the Duplicate Certificate or Certified Copy of Mark List in case of loss of certificate or destroyed by flood or fire. Certified Copy of Mark List is only valid for short time duration whereas Duplicate Certificate is valid for ever.
** Immediately on loss of original certificate the candidate must lodge a complaint in the nearest Police Station. If the certificate is not traceable, the candidate should obtain a non-traceable certificate from the Police.
** Based on the above Non-traceable certificate, loss certificate from the Tahsildar concerned may be obtained.
** If the certificate is totally destroyed by flood or fire, a certificate to the effect has to be obtained from the Tahsildar concerned.
** If the certificate is partially damaged and cannot be used, the same should be enclosed with the application for duplicate. In this case there is no need to get non-traceable certificate from Police or from Tahsildar.
