1. Enter the following details to know the status of your application for registration as a VLE.
2. Enter the application reference number that was shared on your email address post the submission of the application form.
3. Enter captcha.
4. Proceed to click on submit.
Application Number
The application number is a unique number that is generated after successful registration. You can track your application status by this unique number.

Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE)
VLE is Village Level Entrepreneur who delivers various government and non-government services to the end consumers from the CSC outlet(mostly owned)
By becoming a Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE), the user will be able to work on Digital Seva Portal and will be able to deliver various government and non-government services.
After successful registration and QC, you will be entitled to receive DigiMail and Digital Seva credentials.
Virtual ID (VID)
VID is a temporary, revocable 16-digit random number mapped with the Aadhaar number. It is not possible to derive the Aadhaar number from VID.
Telecentre Entrepreneur Courses (TEC)
Telecentre Entrepreneur Courses (TEC) is a certification course designed by CSC Academy. On completion of this course, the user will be eligible to open his/her CSC centre (Digital Centre) and apply as a Village Level Entrepreneur in the CSC network. This course is useful for anyone with budding talent to start an Information & Communication Technology (ICT) based Centre so that community may be served with digital technology.
