The Government of West Bengal is set to launch ‘Apnar Sarkar Apnar Pashe’, a unified grievance redressal portal for citizen-centric delivery and transparent grievance resolution.
The portal will cover all departments and organs of the government machinery in a transparent and integrated manner. It aims to bridge the gap between the administration and the people through digital technology and e-governance initiatives.

About Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal
Suvendu Adhikari is an Indian politician and the Chief Minister of West Bengal. He is a key leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and became the state’s first BJP Chief Minister in May 2026.
