In-app help support: You can contact our 24×7 customer service team via the help section of the Uber app or help.uber.com which provides online resolution to your queries/complaints. The team will address your concern/query within 2 business days from receipt. You may also access our web help support, in case you are unable to sign in to your Uber account. Our in-app help support feature allows you to instantly resolve some of your issues yourself.
