Passport Fee Calculator Online
To calculate your Indian passport fee online, use the official Passport Seva Fee Calculator under the “Services”. Select your application type (Fresh/Re-issue), applicant age, service type (Normal/Tatkal), and booklet size to get an accurate fee.
Steps To Calculate Passport Fee Online:
1. Go to the official Passport Seva website.
2. Click on the “Fee Calculator” link on the home page.
3. Select the following options:
• Application Type: Passport, PCC, etc.
• Type of Service: Fresh or Re-issue
• Applicant Age: Under or over 18
• Booklet Class: 36 or 60 pages
• Scheme: Normal or Tatkal
4. Click “Calculate Fee” to see the total amount.
Note:
There shall be a discount of ten percent in passport fee for fresh applications (and not for re-issue) in respect of minors up to the age of 8 years and senior citizens (persons above the age of 60 years). ATM facility available at PSKs for all Bank Cards
How To Make Passport Fee Payment?
Online Payment has been made mandatory for booking appointments at all PSKs/ POPSKs.
Online Payment can be made using any one of the following modes:
• Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard, Visa and RuPay)
• Internet Banking (State Bank of India(SBI) and Other Banks)
• UPI
• SBI Wallet Payment
Note:
• Applicants applying under Tatkaal need to pay, entire fee as applicable under Tatkaal Category while making Online Payment.
• Payment will be valid for one year from the date payment has been made. If you have booked appointment then the validity of fee will be one year from first appointment date.
• The fee to be paid for Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is Rs.500/-. The fee to be paid for Background Verification for GEP is Rs.500/-.
• The fee once paid cannot be transferred from one ARN to another ARN.
• Refund of excess payment will be made by the concerned RPO.
• SBI gateway is being used for Online Payment.
• If you are applying under Tatkaal, you need to pay the entire fee as applicable under Tatkaal Category while making Online Payment.
