Goa Gagan Bharari Shiksha Yojana For SC Students
To provide additional financial assistance to the SC students as the maintenance allowance given under the Post Matric Scholarship is inadequate to meet the expenses on food and travel. It also aims to provide additional allowance to cover the expenses of SC students with Disability as the disability allowances given under, the Post Matric Scholarship is not sufficient to meet the expenses of disabled students.
Eligibility of Goa Gagan Bharari Shiksha Yojana For SC Students
SC students must have availed or be eligible for centrally sponsored Post Matric Scholarship during the current academic year.
Assistance of Goa Gagan Bharari Shiksha Yojana For SC Students
(a) Additional maintenance allowance of Rs. 750/- p.m. for Day Scholar and Rs. 1500/- p.m. for those staying in Hostel during the academic year (for ten months).
(b) Additional disability allowance of Rs. 750/- p.m. during the academic year (for a period of ten months) is given.
Steps to Apply For Gagan Bharari Shiksha Yojana For SC Students
Registration:
Students/Beneficiaries are required to register on portal with minimum details to fill application online.
Online Application:
After Registration and login on the portal, Students can fill online application form.
Documents Upload:
Required documents has to be scanned and uploaded on portal after online application.
Submit To School / Institute / Directorate:
After application and upload of required documents, student can submit application to School/Institute/Directorate for verification.

• Copy of Aadhar Card
• Caste Certificate (Provisional Certificate valid for 3 years from the date of issue)
• Income Certificate (Income Certificate valid for 3 years from the date of issue)
• Attested copies of Mark Sheet Certificate
• Copy of Fees Paid
• Copy of Bank Account of student
• Hostel certificate (if applicable)
• Passport size photos
