Hindustan Olympiad Contest 2026
Hindustan Olympiad Contest 2026 for all students falling within the territories of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar and Jharkhand to be held by Hindustan Media Ventures Limited (HMVL). The Contest is open to all the students from 1st Grade to 12th Grade falling within the territories of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar and Jharkhand. The contest will take place between 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027. Registration fee (non-refundable) is Rs.250 inclusive of all taxes.
Who Can Apply For Hindustan Olympiad Contest 2026?
The Contest is open to all the students from 1st Grade to 12th Grade falling within the territories of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar and Jharkhand.
How To Register For Hindustan Olympiad Contest 2026?
• Students can register for the contest through their school.
• Participation in the Contest is purely voluntary and applicants can participate by completing the registration process through their school.
• Registration fee (non-refundable) is Rs.250 inclusive of all taxes.
• All entries received from Participants shall have the consent of their Guardian/ Parent (as the case may be) in the manner laid down in the Registration forms.
• There will be a single test for all the 5 subjects for each class. For classes XI & XII, these subjects will depend on the stream selected by the student at the time of registration.
• The questions in the test shall be prepared by & large from the syllabus of the CBSE board of the student’s respective Grade.
Important Dates of Hindustan Olympiad Contest 2026
• Last date for registration in Hindustan Olympiad is 31st September 2026, subject to change basis HMVL authority.
• The contest will take place between 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027.
• Test for Hindustan Olympiad will be conducted tentatively in the month of November 2026 in the respective schools of the participating students, subject to change basis HMVL authority.
• Results of the Contest shall be declared by HMVL in the month of February 2027 on the website communicated via Hindustan newspaper
Prizes of Hindustan Olympiad Contest 2026
Every participant will receive a Certificate and a detailed Performance Report. Prizes for the top 3 performers of each class.
National Level Toppers:
Top 3 performers of each class at the National Level will win rewards worth ₹31,000, ₹21,000, and ₹11,000 respectively.
Regional Level Toppers:
Top 3 performers of each class at the Regional Level will win rewards worth ₹5,100, ₹3,100, and ₹2,100 respectively.
District Level Toppers:
Top performer of each class at district level will win rewards worth ₹1100 and students ranking 2nd and 3rd in each class at district level will be awarded a medal and certificate
School Level Toppers:
Top 3 performers of each class at the School Level will be awarded Medal & Certificate.
Terms of Hindustan Olympiad Contest 2026
• Winners must collect the Prize within 14 days from the date of announcement or Felicitation ceremony or such other date as may be decided by HMVL. The venue for the collection of prizes will be informed by HMVL through notification.
• For the district and state level prizes (for each class/stream), the minimum participation required at the school/district/regional/national level (for eachclass/stream) should be 15/50/100/500 students respectively.
• For the school level prizes if the total participation per class/stream is less than 15 then only the class topper will receive a medal. In cases where the total participation per class/stream is more than 15 then the top 3 students will receive a medal.
• Every participant will be eligible for only 1 prize i.e. National level topper will not be eligible for state or district level prizes despite being among top 3 rank holders at these levels.
• Students registering through individual registration will be considered for district level ranking and state level ranking basis the region and district they select for their exam center.
• Though HMVL shall make every effort to declare the results of the Contest on the due date, it shall not be responsible for any delay, arising out of reasons beyond its control.
