For a duplicate copy of a Karnataka II PUC pass certificate, apply online through the Department of Pre-University Education (PUE) portal at dpue-exam.karnataka.gov.in. Select ‘Application’ and choose ‘Second Copy’ or ‘Third Copy’. Immediate digital copies can be downloaded via DigiLocker.

Steps to Apply for Online Copy (Duplicate PUC Certificate)

• Visit the DPUE Duplicate Marks Card Portal.
• Click on the ‘Application’ menu.
• Choose between “Second Copy” or “Third Copy”.
• For an immediate, legally valid digital copy, use the DigiLocker website or app to access your 2nd PUC marks card.
• You will need your registration number, year of appearance, and exam details to complete the request.

Instructions On Karnataka PU Online Copy of Pass Certificate Application

Application should be submitted through the Principal of P U College in which the candidate has studied. (The Candidates who have passed II PUC on or after 2008 can apply online. Candidates who have passed before 2008 need to apply through the respective Principals through offline mode)

1) Applicants should mention correct month and year of passing ( Date of result should not be mentioned. Month and year will be normally printed in the 3rd column of the marks card)
2) Applicants should compulsorily submit Affidavit . Click Here For Sample Affidavit
3) File a complaint at the police station and submit the acknowledgment (it must be within 1 year).
4) The candidate must submit his application with the signature and seal from Respective Principal of the College.
5) Disciplinary action will be taken against the applicant and the principal of the college if wrong or false details are provided.
6) Second and third copy marks card will not be issued by hand. It will be forwarded to the concerned college through SPEED POST.
7) Generate the K2 challan at www.k2karnataka.gov.in under the Head of Account 0202-01-101-1-06 for the fee and pay in the concerned bank and submit the original challan with the application. The said fee has been fixed vide Government Order No: ED 195 DGD 2017 dated: 20-03-2018 from the year 2018-19 (with effect from 01-04-2018).
8) Physical application has to be submitted to get Second/Third marks card in tatkal service.
9) While applying for PUC Duplicate Marks Certificate (Second and Third Copy) through online the following documents must be scanned and uploaded in 500KB to 1MB in PDF format.
