To include an adult’s name in a Puducherry ration card, log in to the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs portal using your ration card number to submit an online request, or visit the nearest ration office with a marriage certificate/surrender certificate and Aadhaar. Applicant must provide consent for using his Aadhaar number for ration card service. They must also declare that the adult memebr do not possess a ration card anywhere else in India. Member’s age must be greater than 14 years.

Enter the OTP to verify. • Check the displayed card details for accuracy. • Agree to the terms and conditions to proceed. • User name and password will be sent via SMS to this mobile number after successful confirmation of OTP. • User name will be your Ration card number for resetting of your password. • Contact toll free number in case of any doubts/queries.
