Know About Chief Minister’s Connect To Work Scheme
With the aim of boosting the confidence of young people, sustaining their enthusiasm for learning, and improving their employment opportunities through skill development, the State Government has implemented the “Chief Minister’s Connect to Work Scheme”
The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance for employment-oriented training to help students secure better jobs. Under this program, for the age group 18-30 and those having an annual family income less than or equal to 5 lakh,a monthly financial aid of ₹1,000 is provided for one year to those undergoing skill training or preparations for competitive examinations.

(c) There are 3 Offices of Regional Deputy Director of Employment at Trivandrum, Ernakulam and Kozhikkode.
(d) There are 3 Professional & Executive Employment Exchanges at Trivandrum, Ernakulam and Kozhikkode for the candidates who are having professional degree and post graduation with second class.
(e) There are 14 District Employment Exchanges.
(f) There are 60 Town Employment Exchanges.
(g) There are 6 Special Employment Exchanges for Physically Challenged applicants.
(h) One Rural Employment Exchange at Kazhakkuttam, Thiruvananthapuram.
(i) Two Coaching-cum-Guidance Centres for SC/ST.
(j) 7 University Employment Information & Guidance Bureaus.
