How To Track Amazon Order Status Online?

Steps to track your package:
• Visit Amazon Tracking Website
Go to Your Orders.
• Go to the order you want to track.
• Select Track Package next to your order.
• Select See all updates to view delivery updates. The status of the order will have details of the courier partner.

Note:
• If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.
• Items sent by sellers from the Amazon Marketplace can also be tracked, but only if the seller has shared this information with Amazon and you have chosen a traceable shipping method.
• If your package was marked as delivered and you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days of the order being marked as delivered.
• If your package shows as delivered, but you haven’t received it, refer Find a Missing package that shows as Delivered Help page for more information.
• If you haven’t received your order but tracking shows as “Undelivered”, visit Undeliverable Packages Help page to know reasons why a package is undeliverable and the refund timelines for undelivered packages.
• If the estimated delivery date for your parcel has passed and your tracking information hasn’t changed, allow 1 additional day for parcels shipped by Amazon and 5 additional days for parcels shipped by third-party couriers to be delivered. Usually parcels arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery date.

Amazon Package Delivery

The products ordered by you on Amazon.in are delivered in following ways:
• Amazon fulfilled delivery
• Seller fulfilled delivery
• Delivery by third party carriers

Amazon Fulfilled Delivery:
Items Fulfilled by Amazon are stored, packed, and dispatched by Amazon.

This indicates the following:
• Orders worth ₹ 499 or more qualify for FREE delivery.
• The item may qualify for a guaranteed delivery in some cities. To know more, visit Guaranteed Shipping Speeds and Delivery Charges
• The item is stored, packed, and dispatched by Amazon.
• You can track the delivery. To learn how to do this, go to Track Your Package.
• You can return the item using our Returns Center.
• If the item qualifies, a free replacement will be available. For more information, see About Free Replacements.
• Amazon handles all customer service.
• You can place an order using Pay on Delivery as the payment option. For more information, see About Pay on Delivery.

If you’re looking for a specific item, enter a few keywords in the search box and select the search icon. We’ll show you matching results. To filter the results to see only items Fulfilled by Amazon, check the box next to the Fulfilled by Amazon logo.

Seller Fulfilled Orders:
Seller fulfilled orders contain items that are sold and dispatched by third-party sellers. These items have the message “Sold and fulfilled by (seller name)” on the product detail page.

Placing An Order:
The steps to place a seller fulfilled order are the same as placing any other order on Amazon.in. For questions on placing an order, refer to the Ordering – FAQ page.

Contact Seller:
Before placing an order, you can contact a marketplace seller from the Product Detail page. To contact a marketplace seller after placing the order, go to Your Orders and select Ask product question next to the relevant order. You will be redirected to the Seller Messaging Assistant. You can access the Buyer-Seller Messaging Service through the Message Center available in your Amazon.in account. This service ensures that emails are filtered for spam and phishing attempts. If an email you send to the seller bounces, the seller can still view it in the Seller Communication Center. Sellers usually respond to your emails within two days.

For seller fulfilled orders, sellers also handle all of their customer service. Because we’re not directly involved in the completion of sales arranged with sellers, you’ll need to contact the seller if you have any issues. If there is a dispute between you and a seller, and the seller fails to address your query in three business days, the Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee is available to you. Refunds:
• Any refund for a purchase made with one of our sellers needs to be initiated by the seller directly. The terms and conditions on refunds may vary from seller to seller.
• All seller fulfilled orders are covered by our A-to-Z Guarantee. Our Guarantee offers reimbursement and protection for instances when a seller is unable to resolve a missing or incorrect order. You can read the Guarantee terms on our A-to-z Guarantee Help page.
• We will send your funds to the third-party seller, but won’t share payment information.
