Air India Express Refund
Refund Mode:
All refunds will be made in the same mode of payment used while booking. In case of a booking made through a travel agent the refund amount will be made to the travel agency’s account on cancellation of the booking. Guests will have to contact the concerned agency directly to claim their refund.
Refund Period:
Cancellation Refund: Guest must make refund claims within one (1) year from the date of cancellation of the booking.
No Show: In the event of a no-show, Guest must make refund claims (i.e. statutory taxes and airport charges) for both domestic and international bookings within a period of one (1) year from the scheduled date of departure.
Refund Policy:
All refunds shall be made in accordance with CAR Section 3, Series M, Part II. Please note that cancellation and refund rules differ for different fare types.
No Refund for ECNR:
No refund will be affected for the return sector until authorized by POE Authorities.
