The selection includes the following stages:

Phase 3: Induction into the Singappen Special Task Force
Once you are fully inducted into the Tamil Nadu Police Department, you can step into the Singapen wing:
• Internal Deputation: The initial phases of this squad were formed by transferring existing highly-qualified female police personnel (spanning ranks from Constables to Sub-Inspectors up to the Inspector General) on an “On Duty” basis.
• Specialized Training: Selected candidates undergo rigorous training in cybercrime handling, swift tactical responses, and emergency rescue operations.
• Command Structure: Once inducted, you will operate under streamlined, direct command setups (such as reporting to City Police Commissioners or the Chief Minister’s direct oversight wing) to circumvent local station delays for faster emergency operation.
