Zomato Delivery Partners
Zomato Delivery Partners are independent contractors, who are required to pick up food or grocery items ordered by customers from restaurants / outlets and deliver to customers. Delivery Partners use their own vehicles (Bike/Cycle) to deliver orders to Zomato customers.
How to become a Zomato Delivery Partner [Boy/Guy]?
• Download the Zomato Delivery app {“APK link”} or from here https://zomato.runnr.in/runnr-app/become_runnr.html
• Submit the required details, updated documents, and pay the onboarding training fee.
• Visit our nearest asset collection center to collect your delivery kit/assets.
• Log in to the app using your mobile number.
• Visit allocated locality/area and start accepting orders.

Requirements to become a Zomato Delivery Partner
• You must be at least 18 years old
• Android phone of version 6.0 or higher with at least 2GB of RAM
• A two-wheeler that meets all applicable law and safety requirements
• Driving License, Registration Certificate (RC) and Insurance Certificate
• Address proof
• A valid PAN (Permanent Account Number) Card
• Bank Account proof
Login Hours of Zomato Delivery Partner
The amount of time you are online on the app and available to deliver orders is login hours. The login hours are flexible. You can choose to login anytime depending on your availability.

When do I start delivering orders?
Once your registration is complete, our team will run a background check after which you can start delivering orders.
How much can I earn?
You will be working on an earn per delivery model, you will earn for each delivery you make. For more information about this, please visit our nearest onboarding centre (or call on helpline number)*
How will I get paid?
We will transfer your earnings on a weekly basis directly in your bank account. You can check your earnings in your app under the Payments section.
Are there any bonuses?
There are two types of bonuses which vary across cities:
• Starting Bonus – Join and complete a certain minimum number of orders within a specified time to earn this.
• Referral Bonus- Refer your friends to become delivery partners to earn this.
Do we have to pay any fees to get on board as a Delivery Partner?
One time, or a fixed amount is collected from a delivery partner in various installments for training and support purposes, For the current onboarding fees applicable in your city download the self sign-up app and check the details.
What are the benefits of joining as a Delivery Partner other than earnings?
As a Zomato Delivery Partner you will be provided with personal accidental life and health insurance. This provides insurance coverage against injuries and protects you against financial cost in the unfortunate event of an accident.
How do I delete my account?
To request the deletion of your account, please send an email to dpsupport@zomato.com. Include your phone number in the email for verification purposes.
