Maharashtra Department of Registration and Stamps [IGR] e-Registration 2.0 facility to register your document from anywhere you are and any time convenient to you, without visiting the office of the Sub-Registrar, is called e-Registration. At present, by using internet you can register your Leave and Licence document by filling up the prescribed form through this facility.This facility is available on the website of the Department of Registration and Stamps, www.igrmaharashtra.gov.in under the heading ‘Online Services’ and in the link ‘ e- Registration’.

The benefits of e-Registration are as follows:- You can prepare your document from any convenient place having internet facility. The document can be submitted for registration at any time (24×7). It is not necessary to visit the office of the Sub-Registrar for registration. It is not necessary for all parties to the document to be present at one time and at one place.

How To Avail IGR Maharashtra e-Registration 2.0 Facility?

• E-registration can be done by using the eRegistration facility available on website of the department of registration & stamp www.igrmaharashtra.gov.in under heading E-registration application.
•  First login with credentials .Enter project details, Add scheme details,Enter scheme seller entry, Upload all required documents, Create template, Submit scheme for approval, After Jdr approval data entry will be done, submission will be done for SRO approval.
• This facility is available to the citizens for registration of Leave and Licence Agreements.
•  Besides, this facility is also available to developers/construction professionals to register Agreement to Sale of new flats for first sale from the offices of the developers / construction professionals of large housing projects.
• To use e-Registration facility, the following instruments, materials and advance preparation is required: – Internet connection Thumb scanner / biometric device Web camera Printer UID Numbers (Aadhar Card) of all parties and identifiers Registration fee and stamp duty on documents to be registered through this facility has to be paid necessarily by e-payment (e-challan/simple receipt).
•  Document has to be registered in the format / template provided by the Department.

Username and Password:
In the Username and Password section, we create a username and password for our profile. While creating the Username we need to follow a few instructionsa) The minimum length for a username is 8 characters and the maximum length is 20 characters In username, only alphabets, numbers, and underscores are allowed

1) We need to follow the instructions stated below for creating the passwordPassword should contain compulsory one uppercase & and lowercase alphabet, one number, and one this @ # * special character. A minimum of 8 characters are required in the password e.g., Avantika@423
2) Confirm the password by re-entering it
3) Enter the captcha code shown in the image

Signed Deed on the Stamp Paper:
The user needs to Download the document. If the user has taken the Stamp Paper, then the first page of the document must be printed on the Stamp Paper. The Stamp Paper Number is highlighted in the image.
