• Applicant must provide consent for using his Aadhaar number for ration card service.
• Field verification will be conducted by the Civil Supplies Officer.
• Documents uploaded by the applicant need to be submitted during the field inspection.
• The CSO/CSI will verify the additional document required for the service, during inspection.
