Change of Name in Puducherry Ration Card
To change a name on a Puducherry ration card, visit the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs website to apply online for modifications, or visit the nearest Taluk office/ration office. Submit the application form with supporting documents (Affidavit, Marriage Certificate, or Gazette notification) and the existing ration card for verification.

• OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to verify.
• Check the displayed card details for accuracy.
• Agree to the terms and conditions to proceed.
• User name and password will be sent via SMS to this mobile number after successful confirmation of OTP.
• User name will be your Ration card number for resetting of your password.
• Contact toll free number in case of any doubts/queries.
