How and when is payment made?
We pay our partners weekly on every Tuesday.
Where do I need to go to collect the shipments? Which location do I have to travel to?

Anybody can deliver. You can register your interest by filling this form and our Delhivery representative will contact you within 24 hours.
Does Delhivery work in my locality/city?
We deliver to over 18,700+ pin codes in India. In case we are currently non-operational in your locality or city, you can reach out to us. We value your query and will surely reach out to you when we make the move.
When do I get paid?
We make payments on a weekly basis. Partners get invoiced for the period between Monday to Sunday and the invoice amount is debited by/ before every Saturday.
How do I register as a certified Delhivery partner?
To register, please fill in your personal details, upload your identity proof, bank details, and your choice of the serviceable locality. Once your documents are verified, you can start delivering from the next day itself. The onboarding process takes only two days.
